The street market occupies the entire street with vendors lined up on both sides. It is open only on weekends to give chance to some vendors to earn for their livelihood. Even with that small amount of time that the vendors could sell their wares, they are lucky to earn their budget for the whole week.
Most of the street vendors have no capital to speak of. Fortunately the traders give them a concession arrangement that they sell the goods and earn a commission. It is not easy to have a business with no capital so there is a sort of cooperation among the businessmen and the vendors. Another good thing is the support that they get from the local government in allowing them to use the street for selling during the weekend.
