Law against littering

In some other countries, littering is against the law so the children are taught not to mess up the public places with litter. That may be the reason why the streets in those countries are usually clean unlike in our place where litter is always around when the street sweeper had not done his job.

There is a saying that when the home is messy then the family is messy which means there should be neatness and cleanliness in the surroundings. Maybe it is in the culture that children learn or perhaps taught in school. But whatever the means to be clean in the environment, a law would make the people abide.
