When the mango tree blooms

Our mango tree is unique that it has 2 fruiting seasons in a year. First is January with the harvest in May or June and the next is August or September for a harvest in December or January. What we do when there is a big harvest is to pickle the green mangoes. They can last for weeks and so many are requesting for our pickled mangoes.

Whenever the mango will bloom that I would post it in Facebook some friends would start requesting for the pickled mangoes. They have to wait for 2 to 3 months when the green mangoes get matured for harvesting.
