Wearing a jacket when it rains

Now that it is rainy season here so I am usually wearing a jacket even when I am just at home. The weather suddenly cools when it rains and I do not want to be much exposed to the cold for I may get a common cold. It is scary to get sick nowadays for I may be suspected of the covid disease.

When I was young I would brave the rains and play outside. That is also part of taking a bath in the rain afterwards. My parents approved of that. But the rains during those times were clean. Now it is not good to take a bath under the rain.
