The versatile cucumber

I really don’t know if the title is appropriate. Maybe I am just in a hurry that I have not thought much for the title. The cucumber is a ubiquitous vegetable or fruit in our fridge. Come to think of it, there is a debate here if the cucumber is a fruit or a vegetable. I’d say vegetable since it is always in the vegetable salad. But it is a close relative of the watermelon so it can also be a fruit.

Whatever the cucumber is I would still consider it as one of the most common vegetable in our home. If you have not tasted cucumber omelet then it is about time that you try it so you will be amazed by the taste of the cucumber omelet.
