The roof is the safest place

When talking of the potential contamination of the covid my impulse is to mention the roof. It is not a joke. The roof is the safest place in the home that I can find. I don’t think any kind of virus or even bacteria can survive on the roof. Think of the hot sun that will bake whatever is on the roof.

Now that it is rainy season I always check our roof for the leaves that come from the neighboring trees. It is my habit to keep the roof clean so that it can prolong the life of the tin sheets.
