The pig is also a symbol of abundance

In our culture the pig is like the fat Buddha which is a symbol of abundance. Maybe it is the fat image or obesity of the pig that it was connected to abundance. Whatever the reason for connection, there are many who believe about the pig. When moving to a new home it is advised to bring a cooked dish of pork particularly the leg part. That will attract the blessings to the new home.

In fairness to the pig one of the best and most popular food in our country is the roasted pig. Any feast would not be complete without the roasted whole pig. To be honest, the roasted pig is also my favorite.
