The joy of eating roadside delicacies

The city where we lived earlier had this delicacy.  Guys would sit by the roadside with their grills that worked on coal and prepare these ‘kababs’ then and there.  The smoke from the coal added to the aroma. 

This fast food unlike any other was healthy.  The ‘masala’ they used to grill the meat was special and one could not find this even in 5 star hotels. 

I miss this now.
