The circular sausage

What a sausage we have here that I was surprised when I cooked it. Sausages are usually in links and elongated but this one has links that vanished when it was cooked. As you can see in the pan, the sausage is circular that has no end because the ends were tied together. This is one strange sausage, the first time I’ve seen this kind.

But in fairness to this circular sausage, it tastes good and fit for eating with rice. It served as our lunch for today and the leftover would be good for dinner. The taste is somewhat sweet that everyone at home enjoyed eating it. The only issue left is the difficulty of cooking since that sausage is circular in form.
