Rain or shine they are there. They come in groups proving that birds of a feather flock together. Very rarely do I see a mingling of species.
I do not have to look out. Hearing their chirps I know which species is frolicking in our birdbath. The Drongo did take me for a ride though. It can chirp in several ways including a meow. The first time I heard it I thought there was a cat in there. Our beloved Preiti thought so too. Now we know.
Watching them frolicking is what I look forward to every day

Chirping is one of the most pleasant sounds to me but I can only recognize a few.
With their constant presence I can now recognise them with their chirps.
I can recognize very few birds by their sounds
But I think you now the names of so many birds.
