The annual car registration

Due to the lockdown that offices were closed for more than 2 months and in August we again had another 2 weeks of lockdown the government offices incurred a big load of backlog. In the land transportation agency for the car registration it will take a week for the processing. I wonder why it is that slow. The staff there said that there is a very long line of applicants due to the lockdown.

It comes to boil down on the lockdown for the blame. I guess we didn’t need the lockdown at all since our daily cases did not lessen. Again, the government is amiss in the solution to the covid crisis.
