Steak medium well

We love steak that we dine in a steak house once a month or whenever possible. Mine is always medium well while my wife prefers well done. I remember my father wants it medium rare and sometimes rare. He said that steak without the red color is not steak at all which means rare is it. But whatever the choice, steak if beef and the taste would depend on the part of the beef.

If is best to eat steak in the restaurant than at home. Of course, it is cheaper when you buy beef and cook it yourself than dining in a restaurant. But being served with steak is different since you are just on the table and waiting for the steak to come. But if there is no budget for the restaurant, the only choice is steak on the house.
