Special pork sausage

The pork sausage in the picture came from the province of Cebu which is down south of our country. It is their specialty pork sausage. There are several places which have their own kind of sausage like the Vigan up north that is full of garlic and the Lucban near Mamila which is kind of spicy.

One advantage of the pork sausage is that it can last for long especially when it is stored in the fridge. We buy 20 pieces and cook the 10 pieces for breakfast. The remaining 10 pieces would be for next week..
