Selling plants for a hobby

In some nurseries that I visited, they admit that they are not earning a profit. But they continue with the business for the love of the plants that they are taking care of. When someone buys a seedling or a sapling, the owner would feel that he had helped the environment by giving an opportunity to someone in having a plant or a tree.

A plant lover would always continue caring for plants whether there is profit or not. In my case, I don’t really sell plants but I have seedlings and saplings that are ready for giving. The objective is to find a home for those seedlings and sapling. So similar to a dog owner whose female dog gave birth to several puppies. It is either you sell the puppies or you give them away.
