It cannot be denied that accidents do happen not because it cannot be avoided but more often due to the speed of the vehicle. That is the reason for the speed limit that the road is not good for running too fast. There is a road design so the speed limit is not to restrict you but for your own protection.
The statistics in the accident reports say that most deaths occurred in the highway. Obviously the impact of a speeding vehicle can be fatal. What if you are running at 10 miles per hour and you hit a car? More likely you can avoid the car. And if not then the damage will be minimal. Think about it.
