We have invented a dish that we call American chop suey. It is an offshoot of the Chinese vegetable dish chop suey which are mostly made of leftover vegetable trimmings. But our chop suey is mostly broccoli and cauliflower plus asparagus when available. It is cooked with chicken and pork. The dip is soy sauce with lemon.
When you do not want a dish but you think it is healthy then you can make your own by including ingredients that you like to eat. Try the American chop suey and in one day you can speak good English. Waheehee.
