Our dog loves to stay in the porch

Barbie is our dog in the picture. She loves to stay in the porch so we let her whenever possible. Well, possible means the weather is not hot otherwise she would be kept inside the living room with the air conditioner. When it is raining, of course, she cannot stay in the porch either.

Barbie is our door bell or alarm. When someone comes near the gate she would be barking incessantly to call our attention. Like today when the garbage truck came, Barbie barked for us to know. She is not really a guard dog but an alarm dog.
