No more lines in the store

The lockdown was lifted the other day and it is expected that stores and pharmacies will have no more lines again. I wonder why during the lockdown there is always the long line in the supermarket and pharmacy.

One friend who works in the city hall said that people tend to hoard when there is a lockdown.
