My Favorite Celebrities in My Favorite Music Video

Don’t you love it when your favorite artists collaborate?

Three of my favorite celebrities pooled their talents and created a beautiful romantic video for an incredibly beautiful song and piece of music.

Natalie Portman.  Do you remember the first time you saw her? It was in the movie with that French guy. Right? The French guy is Jean Reno. Always liked this man but for years never knew his name. Just used to call him “the French guy”. It was a movie with him and a little girl. He was a professional hit man. “Léon: The Professional” (1994).  The little girl, Mathilda, was played by Natalie Portman. Didn’t know who she was then. Saw her in other movies when she got older and kept thinking – ‘Where do I know this lady from?’  Finally figured it out. Oh! Oh! She was that little girl with the French guy!

 

Johnny Depp.  Of course, we all know the dreamy good-looking guy named Johnny Depp from the TV series “21 Jump Street” (1987) and the weird-looking guy in “Edward Scissorhands” (1990) and from a bunch of other movies. Mr. Depp said that his real ambition was never really to be an actor. Music was his passion.

All of that background information was provided to introduce a video that is the perfect video not just for Valentine’s Day, but for any time you want to share your heart with the one you love.  So even though it may have been written for Valentine’s Day, it’s a lovely song for lovers all year long.  🙂

What’s that? I didn’t write a paragraph about Sir Paul McCartney?  Yeah well. He doesn’t need one!   He’s a Beatle and he has always been my favorite Beatle. Whether as a member of the group or a solo artist, he is on my Top Ten List of Favorite and Best Musicians / Singers / Songwriters ever!!
