Based on my estimation, we have harvested more than 300 mangoes in all. That is only for this fruiting season in the first part of the year. In a span of 2 months, the mangoes get ripe and we harvest for eating as is and also for pickled mangoes.
Many of the people in our circle love the pickled mangoes so we pickle more than half of the harvested mangoes. It is hard work but it is worth the comments that our pickled mangoes is the best in town.
