The neighbor who was building a house in his vacant lot was making his own hollow blocks. I saw the gadget he was using. It was a simple wooden box that would mold the shape of the blocks from the mixture of sand and cement. But what’s funny is that the first batch of the hollow blocks was crumbling when carried. They are soft to the touch that obviously it lacked cement.
That is a lesson learned to make a full study of the procedure before proceeding with the operation. Now those hollow blocks are wasted.
