It looks like there will be no Halloween

As per the news report a city in the metro had already declared a ban on Halloween activities. That means it is illegal to hold the usual costume party and the trick-or-treating of kids from house to house. I know it is necessary but come to think of it, losing that once a year activity is like robbing us of our tradition.

I have a feeling that the kids in the neighborhood will still do the trick-or-treating. Ours is the only house they go to anyway which means they will not really be exposed. It will take just less than 5 minutes to walk to our house and to wait for the treats. I think that should be allowed.
