Intermittent fasting as the name implies, means fasting in one period.Intermittent fasting is when you don’t eat for anywhere from 16 – 48 hours or more. This process is associated with autophagy. It is best to skip breakfast. In this way fasting will take about 16 hours. If you can, it would be good to have lunch later to have longer autophagy. After 14 hours of fasting, a unique process begins to take place in the body. The benefits will be seen quickly, depending on how long the autophagy lasts. After a longer period of fasting results will be better than after a shorter one. Occasional fasting- period lasts during the night. It’s incredible effects on disease and aging.
