This glimmer body art is kind of neat. First pick out the stencil you want to use. Then stick the stencil on your body and then pill off the plastic on the stencil add the glue then the glitter. The remove the stencil and then you got a cool looking glitter tattoo. The glitter can get a bit messy so I would do it over paper towel or something or you will have glitter everywhere.
