Eight Hour Meal Plan

Vincent Pedre MD introduced a way of changing the timing of meals that seems to help people lose weight, become more healthy and sleep better. Those all sound like fabulous. The focus is more on the timing of when you eat, instead of what you eat (within reason.)

The key is to eat your meals and drink your beverages within an 8 hour period and have a 16 hour fast. The suggestion is that three times a week works. So if you have breakfast at 7:00 am then you would be done with drinking and eating at 3:00 pm.

The research suggests that you make certain you are hydrated, which would be a minimun of 64 ounces of water every day.
