The beauty of nature is a recurring theme in modern life and in art: the books that extol it fill large shelves of libraries and bookstores. That face of nature, which art (photography, painting, poetry …) has so much portrayed and praised reveals the strength with which many people associate nature with beauty. The reason for the existence of this association and in what it consists is the field of study of the branch of philosophy called aesthetics. Beyond certain basic characteristics of nature in whose beauty most philosophers agree, opinions are practically infinite.
