This is the view from the Saint Mary visitor center in Glacier National park. The elevation is 4,551 feet and at the time of the picture, it was toasty warm…almost 50 F. The last time I shared this view, it was entirely white from the snow cover.

That is very true since having great health is important for all of us to enjoy life.
Learning about health is important for me to learn at this late stage of the game.
It is important, regardless of a person’s age.

The dehydration in Montana is just as dangerous as in Louisiana.

I did not that fact of Montana’s weather.
People can dehydrate extremely fast and not even realize it.
Heat waves in south Louisiana are very brutal.
In Montana, heat waves are often leathal because of the low humidity.
The heat this summer will be unbearable for a lot of people.
It is every year. I really need to get our air conditioner hooked up.
The humidity in the Lake Charles when it gets very hot is very sticky to my clothing when I am outside.
We are hot and dangerously dry in summer here.
So the heat and humidity will be in your region as well.
No so much humidity. When it gets hot here, humidity drops below 15%.
50 degrees is pretty cool compared t 90 degrees is Louisiana.
On Wednesday, our local temps are supposed to be nearly 90, too.
