Balea Lake is a glaciar lake located at over 2000 m altitude in the Fagaras Montains, in the central Romania. In 1932 the lake and the places around were declared scientific reservation. In 2006 was it built in the nearby of lake the first Ice Hotel in Estern Europe, build like an igloo with 16 places.
