Salvador Dali and Walt Disney were met by chance in 1945 at a dinner at Jack Warner, one of the four founders of the famous Warner Brothers, who gave us Bugs Bunny. Their passionate conversation about common hobby, fishing, soon turns into a conversation about collaboration on the project. His fellow surrealist Andre Breton, Dali writes a letter: “I came to America in touch with the three big American surrealists: the Marx Brothers, Cecil B. DeMille and Walt Disney.
