The Bishop Museum in Bradenton

At the end (or beginning) of the Bradenton Riverwalk in West Florida you find The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature. This was formerly the South Florida Museum. Inside were great exhibits of Florida History both natural, native and tourist. There was an observatory for star and planet viewing and even a live Manatee rescue and rehabilitation.
