This is the Robin Williams Tunnel located in Sausalito California. This tunnel was once called the Waldo tunnel but I’m 2016 was changed to Robin Williams Tunnel, after the one and only Robin Williams. The decided the rainbow would represent the rainbow suspenders Mork wore from Mork & Mindy. Mork and Mindy sgow was actual filmed in Colorado where I live.
