Pico, My Adirondack Companion

We are at the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association meet at Paul Smith’s College in the Northern Adirondacks.  Pico was my companion for the summer and she went everywhere with us including on boat rides, canoeing, hiking up three mountains and into three historic forts. Here we have walked out to the point or peninsula at Paul Smith’s College.  This peninsula is rocky, with sand and many red pine and white pine trees.
