As you enter The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature in Bradenton, Florida you come face to face with this giant full sized Mastodon. Florida has fossils of both Mastodon and Mammoths in the state. This skeleton is right in the main entrance rotunda. There are diaramas around with native populations hunting and living.
