Greenish-Blue Water Near the St Pete Pier

We are at the very edge of the St Pete Pier in Saint Petersburg, Florida and looking over the edge. The water is a brilliant greenish-blue in color with a shallow sand bottom. There are newly planted palm trees along the sides and off in the distance is the salt water of Tampa Bay.
