We are touring around the Battlefield in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania at the National Military Park there. The battle of Gettysburg was fought on July 1st through 3rd, 1863. The casualties in the short battle were 23,000 for the Union Army and 28,000 for the Confederate Army. Of those, over 7,000 were killed. More than one third of General Robert E. In each war, the precious lives of soldiers, civilians are lost. Many mothers, wives, children remain without their loved ones.
