We are touring around the grounds of Fort Ticonderoga on the shore of Lake Champlain in Upstate NY. After visiting the William Pell residence below the Fort, we saw this lineup of canoes along the shoreline. Apparently they do excursions out on the lake. These were some low end ABS plastic canoes as can be seen by the wavy bottoms that make them drag in the water unlike sleek Wood and Canvas canoes that I like.
