Another 2 miles/3.2 kilometers from Gem Lake, we came to Balanced Rock. While there are plenty of views throughout the hike where it would seem that boulders are situated precariously, this is definitely one of the best. In all honesty, the site was farther away than I initially thought, but I’m glad we made the trek.
