For Lakers forward Anthony Davis, this series between the Denver Nuggets is the first time that he is playing in a conference finals. He is definitely cherishing this moment because he scored 37 points in Game 1 and just hit a buzzer-beater to put the Los Angeles Lakers up 2-0 in the NBA Western Conference.
With 2.1 seconds to go, the Lakers were down 103-102. That did not matter to Davis, who received the inbounds pass and hit a three-pointer right at the buzzer. The ball actually went through the net right when the buzzer sounded. This shot will go down as one of the best buzzer-beaters in NBA history. However, the UniBrow still has some business to attend to because this series is not over because Denver came back from 3-1 down in the past two series to be where they are at today.
