Stop spreading germs: Part 5

Part five is something that you may not be able to do.  However, this part is suggested by the US Center for Disease Control (CDC).  The fifth thing that you can do in order to stop the spread of germs is to stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care.

I understand if you cannot stay at home if you are sick because many people live from paycheck to paycheck.  Even with the check, some have to take out loans in order to remain afloat.  Missing work time is a no-go for those who depend on that money to keep food on the table.

However, if you work at one of the few places that will give you sick pay, then you can stay at home.
