Who are you?

Trying to discover yourself in any society is difficult. However, today’s world has dramatically changed, we are unable to create a structured sense of self as it is constantly changing. Individuals are constantly striving to be the best in a competition that many are losing. The challenge is never to compete with others, the challenge is to compete with yourself. By working on yourself and discovering the little things, one can see the connections to the bigger things in life. Ultimately changing your worldview and the way in which you see yourself in society.

Consider this:

1) Try to compete with yourself not others. 2) Try to find the goals that are best suited for you and are not subjectively placed onto you from others.3) Try to find your unique self, attempting to copy another is not being unique.4) Embrace who you are. From all spectrum’s; mentally, emotionally, physically, intellectually.5) Be conscious of the decisions that you are making – are you making them or are you being dictated to?6) Be aware of those around you – are you in a negative or positive environment? If this is not working for you, do not be afraid to change it.7) Do what you love – do not be afraid of what others may think.8) Remember that you are strong enough to weather any storm, and strong enough to embrace any light9) Allow yourself to truly feel, engage with your emotions, it will enable you to discover the multiple layers that you consist of.10) Always try to remain true to your character and your way of being, never feel that you have less of an opinion than another.

Always try to remember: you can work on yourself, you can become the person who is perceptive and engaging, however, if you are still within a negative environment, you will never be able to see this change.
