I need to reset this day and it’s only 5:46am! I guess I better come up with a plan!
1. Spread kindness in every way I know how.
2. Keep my mouth shut, if it can’t say something nice.
3. Take some time to listen to music
4. Get my exercise and water in so my body feels better.
5. Stop and think before I open my mouth or type!!!!!!
