I am sure you have heard me talk about the quarry. The was engraved by a dear friend. You can’t really tell how big the stone is, trust me you can’t miss it. We laugh about the “man” pictured on the stone. He said it was the way my husband looked when he got up in the morning. This was made because he cares for us.
He makes all of headstones and lots of our artwork.
Stone is not the only medium, check out this beautiful work for the wall.
This stagecoach is bigger than it looks here. Inside it is an exact replica with seats, tapestry and all.
I love this one made of stone and wood.
Part of the reason I am sharing this is that we went and saw the graves of his parents. He had not rememberd that they were not close to each ohter at all (the headstones). They just had the name and the death date. That is all. He cleaned them all up, but I could tell he was disappointed. I am grateful for our friends.
