On Friday morning, the weather was nice and sunny, after 4 or 5 days of rain. I decided to go to noon yoga class. After yoga, I returned home and worked on some internet stuff. At around 5 pm, I decided to get ready for the 6 pm walking meetup. But I felt kind of tired, not like my usual energized self. I think I slept later than usual on Thursday and my sleeping got messed up. I walked all 5 miles this evening, although I was also walking slow and chatting. I went home afterwards and went on the internet until 10 pm. I decided to go to bed, but I couldn’t sleep all night. I woke up Saturday morning with a headache, and I decided to stay in bed to sleep it off but I couldn’t sleep. I drank a bottle of natural ginger beer and ate small snacks, but I ended up throwing up later whatever I ate. So, I stayed in bed most of the time. I ended up falling asleep in the morning hours. But then I woke up around 9 pm, and I felt OK again. I fed Gumby and ate something. I seem better today.
I checked my calender and I noticed that I forgot to attend the January 7th photo meetup, which was on a Monday. One walking meetup was cancelled because it was raining. And, I have 4 more events to check out on my schedule.
