Who Knew I Would Get A Better Price For My House By Choosing These Guys

Last year after all of our kids had moved out we decided that it was time for us to change something and we decided to move to a smaller house. The house we were living in was a little too big for just the two of us.

The move was going to be difficult, we knew. We had to get rid of a lot of our stuff because there was just too much of it. While making all the preparations my wife told me that one of her friends recently moved to a different state and he was able to get the full price of their home.

Naturally, I was interested. I wanted to know how it happened. She told me that her friend went for a Pre-Listing Inspection in Hillsborough County FL and after the inspection he got everything fixed that was pointed out during the inspection.

When the buyer came and had their own inspection done they weren’t able to find anything wrong. Everything was in perfect condition and it was because she had everything fixed. It only became possible because she went for the Pre-Listing Inspection.

There was nothing more to think about. I asked my wife to get the number of this Pre-Listing company from her friend. We called the same place for inspection and we had someone at our doorstep the very next day.

The inspection was carried out professionally and thoroughly.

After the inspection, we were told everything that needed to be fixed and everything that could reduce the value of the house. We got everything repaired and fixed before listing it in the market. It took a few more week to get all the repairs in order but it was well worth it.

The thing I was most amazed about was that they was so much that I didn’t know. I had no idea that these things would be checked during the inspection. I thought I had checked everything but when the professional was done with the inspection I realized how little I know.

After I listed my house it took a little more time than I expected in finding the perfect buyer, maybe because the house was built bigger than the usual home. Believe me, if you have 4 kids, take my advice, you are better off renting a castle.

Long story short, I was able to get the highest possible price for my home.

After we moved to our new home I got the same guys to do a wind mitigation inspection in Hillsborough County FL.

Once again I was more surprised than I imagined I would be. I never knew you could get a discount on your monthly premium for house insurance if you go for a wind mitigation inspection.
