Yes, I completely understand that it is way too early in the morning to be thinking about cookies. But here I am with yet another kind of cheating cookie suggestion. Because you use a mix it’s pretty hard to mess it up. There is one thing that I would change. I like to put cookies on a parchment baking sheet. It just seems to make things easier and I am all the way in for easy.
The bigger question is why I am thinking about making these this morning, is that I made them last night and they stayed up and ate them all. So there are none to share with the neighbors. I only got one and that makes me a little sad.
These are kind of like an orange stick in a cookie. It is on my keeper list. It’s a good thing I have to go to work or I would be making and eating cookies at 5:00 am!
