After going to Trader Joes for my weekly groceries, I decided to make a cup of Oats Smoothie recipe that I got from an Indian woman on Youtube. This recipe includes 1/3 cup of regular oats and 10 cashews, soaked for 10 to 15 minutes. Then, after straining cashews and oats, place into blender, along with 1 tbsp of flaxseeds, 1 tbsp of cacao powder, 1/3 tsp of cinnamon, and 2 mejdool dates. Blend well to smooth and creamy consistency. Pour into a glass or cup and enjoy.
It is tasty. It tastes like organically healthy and vegan chocolate milk.
