I decided to try out one of the Youtube demos on stovetop popcorn. It was a slow process, and not all the kernels popped. I think I will try it tomorrow with a small pot. I tasted the kernels that did pop into popcorn, and I likes it. It tasted crispy and fresh, like popcorn chips, much tastier than the popcorn machine or microwave version. If the small pot works better, then I will start making my popcorn in a small pot over the stove, and I won’t need to go out and buy a new popcorn maker.
I used 1/4 of olive oil and some sea salt.
