1 stacking container new spinach
1 stacking container diced solidified pears
1/2 container plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon almond spread
1 container unsweetened almond drain or drain of decision
1 teaspoon crude nectar1/2 teaspoon vanilla concentrate
1 drop of Ginger oil
Directions
Cut new pears and stop for 60 minutes.
