This Garlic Soup recipe looks good. I will veganize it…
You will need…
In a pot, on medium-high..
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- half an onion or 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup of butter or vegan butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- water
- 4 small potatoes or 3 large potatoes
- 1 small parsnip
- 1 whole carrot
- 1 cube of veggie stock
cover pot and reduce heat to medium-low
Pour into blender and liquify, but without carrot
Add chopped carrot, 1 or 2 chopped green onions, ground pepper.
After 20 minutes of cooking, add parsley, cream, milk, or vegan milk. stir well…
I like this one more than the French one. I’ll try her.
This is just the perfect recipe for a time like this. I feel under the weather today and I’m definitely going to try this. Thanks for sharing it.
i dont have all the ingredients right now. i probably will try it out sometime in the future….
