There are times when we are just not in the mood to eat. It could be a host of reasons that will remove the desire to eat from our bodies. I feel even in such dire times we need something on our plates to fuel our bodies. I would hope that for all of us since many of us have others that depend on them for care. Be it young or old they need to know that your well.
In the times of lack of desire to eat that would be the perfect time to nibble on Beef jerky if you could stand the chewing. A pack of crackers or even sipping on a fruit smoothie. What ever you do keep that fuel going. I had no desire to eat but I I finished a salad anyway.
Sounds like a great idea for a healthy snack.
It was and I am happy to be getting more in a few days.
